Returns & Exchanges

To facilitate returns, kindly retain the original packaging for a duration of 30 days in the event you decide to initiate a return. Within this 30-day timeframe from the date of purchase, customers are responsible for both the initial outbound shipping costs and the return shipping expenses. All merchandise being returned must have prior authorization in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Customers are also accountable for covering the original delivery fees and any charges associated with return shipping. This policy is applicable even in cases of order cancellations if the shipment has already been dispatched. It is essential that returned products are in a new and resellable condition.

For all fence products, the return or exchange window extends to 30 days from the date of product delivery. No returns will be accepted beyond this 30-day period. In instances where shipping damage occurs during transit from DuraFence to the customer's designated delivery address, we will provide replacement parts or a new unit, depending on individual circumstances. Please note that for items not falling under the DuraFence brand, a restocking fee of 20% is applicable to returns within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

To commence the return process, please adhere to the following instructions:

Reach out to us to acquire an RMA number either by sending an email to info@durafence.com or by giving us a call at +1-972-808-7215. Subsequently, prominently note the RMA number on the packaging of the merchandise you intend to return and enclose a copy of your invoice.

Select a shipping service provider of your preference for the return shipment. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us to arrange a designated shipping company. It's imperative that you maintain the tracking information for the returning merchandise and consider opting for insurance to safeguard against potential damage or loss.

Once your return shipment is dispatched, kindly inform us by providing the tracking number associated with the returning merchandise.

These steps will facilitate a smooth and efficient return process.

Fence Products

We extend a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our fence products. It is important to note that customers are responsible for the shipping expenses incurred both for sending the product to our facility and for its return. Refunds will not be processed beyond the 30-day period, and all delivery and shipping charges will be billed to the customer.

In cases where a fence product is found to be irreparable or defective within the initial 30 days, we offer the option of exchanging it for a new unit. However, once the 30-day period has elapsed, the standard warranty service will apply to all fence products.
